Start here: SnowSheet 0.1.0 beta
SnowSheet 0.1.0 is a free beta for solo snow-removal operators: one form becomes a printable route card, a service-log CSV, a day invoice CSV, and a close note. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
1. Try the sample
Open the lab demo and press the sample button. A fictional operator "Dana" builds a five-stop storm route: computed time windows, a day total of $340.00, and four downloadable files. Clear the sample before entering your real route.
2. Build your route
Enter your first name only (no last names, emails, or phone numbers), the route date, your roll-out time, and your stops: one per line as label | service | price. Services are plow, shovel, salt, or plow+salt.
3. Work the route
Print the route card or keep it on your phone. Fill the done column of the service-log CSV as you finish each stop — that log is what wins billing disputes.
4. Close the day
Use the close note: mark callbacks, record salt bags used, and move the invoice CSV into a season folder (one file per storm day).
What it is not
Not a dispatch system, not GPS tracking, not automatic invoicing, not a contract or a damage waiver. Set your own prices; the economics page lists assumptions only.
