Launch checklist: SnowSheet 0.1.0 beta
Run before the first real storm.
- [ ] Sample route builds: route card, service-log CSV, invoice CSV, close note all download and open.
- [ ] A stop with an email or phone number is rejected with a clear message.
- [ ] Time windows are sequential and the day total matches the sum of stop prices.
- [ ] The route card prints on one page per ~10 stops (print preview check).
- [ ] The operator knows: first name only, one invoice CSV per storm day, season folder for tax records.
- [ ] Insurance is real and current (slip-and-fall coverage). This sheet is not insurance or legal advice.
- [ ] Pricing page claims match ECONOMICS.md assumptions; no revenue promises on any public page.
SnowSheet — pilot
Design
Three free storm days with one real solo operator.
Method
- Operator builds each storm's route in the demo (or OPEN-ME file).
- Operator keeps the service-log CSV and invoices from it.
- After each storm: did the sheet get reused? Did the log settle any dispute?
Pass criteria
- Sheet reused for storm 2 and storm 3: PASS.
- Invoice CSV used for at least one real invoice: PASS.
- Only the sample loaded, never a real route: FAIL — wedge rejected.
What is not measured
Revenue, customer count, or retention — this pilot tests the operating wedge, not the business.
