Who to qualify
Homeowners on dense residential streets in one or two adjacent neighborhoods — route density is profit. Skip: steep gravel drives you cannot plow safely, and anyone demanding per-inch billing you cannot track.

How to run the first three free pilots
- Offer three neighbors a free first-storm plow in exchange for a photo of the cleared drive and a one-line quote (with permission to use it).
- Run the SnowSheet demo for each storm: route card, service log, invoice CSV. Keep every file.
- After the storm, invoice promptly from the CSV. Ask: "Would you take the seasonal plan?"
Kill tests after five pilots
- At least 3 of 5 pilots must convert to a paying plan or repeat per-visit booking, or the offer — not the sheet — is wrong.
- If disputes arise, the service-log CSV must settle them; if it cannot, the sheet is wrong.
