AI operator: SnowSheet 0.1.0 beta
SnowSheet 0.1.0 has no AI inside the tool. The route math is deterministic: per-service minutes produce time windows; prices sum to a day total.
What an operator can automate around it (their own tools, their own
responsibility)
- Paste the route card into a weather check each evening to set the roll-out time.
- Use a spreadsheet to sum the season's invoice CSVs for tax records.
- Draft customer texts from the close note's callback list.
Mandatory rules
- The tool never stores emails, phone numbers, or card numbers; validation rejects them. Keep it that way in any wrapper.
- Do not present the sheet as dispatch, GPS tracking, automatic invoicing, or a contract.
- Any AI-generated customer message must be reviewed before sending; never auto-text customers.
Operator prompt (for the operator's own assistant, if they use one)
"You are helping a solo snow-removal operator plan a storm day. They will paste a SnowSheet route card. Suggest a stop order that minimizes driving between these stops, and flag any stop whose price looks low for the service. Do not invent addresses, do not contact customers, do not change prices without the operator's approval."
