Start here: ShowScore 0.1.1 beta

Beta · demand unproven. Post-show math only — it scores shows you already worked. It does not find fairs, set prices, track inventory, or give tax advice. Nothing is uploaded; every number stays in the browser.

  1. Open OPEN-ME-ShowScore.html (double-click; no internet needed) — or the

lab demo — and look at the preloaded fictional sample: "Maple & Thistle Studio" with two shows (one winner, one loser).

  1. Score the shows. The winner grades an A with verdict Rebook (profit

$452.00); the loser grades an F with verdict Skip (profit -$67.00).

  1. Download the CSV, the printable scorecard, the rebook list, the season

sheet, and the booth ask (revenue needed to clear a candidate booth fee plus your hourly target). These are the exact deliverables a vendor keeps.

  1. Clear the form and enter your own numbers. The blank-show warnings are

working as intended — they are the engine refusing to score a guess.

  1. Want the free pilot season? Read PILOT.md, then run your first three

vendors free. Their payment is honest feedback and one referral each.

Then: BRAND.md for the voice and labels, AI-OPERATOR.md for the season workflow, FIRST-TEN-CUSTOMERS.md for finding vendors, ECONOMICS.md for the (hypothetical) numbers. source/ holds the tested scoring engine (node --test source/test.mjs).
