Launch checklist: ShowScore 0.1.1 beta
Status: Beta · demand unproven. Post-show math only. Nothing is uploaded.
Run every item before using ShowScore with a real vendor. Check the box only when you have seen the result yourself.
The app
- [ ]
OPEN-ME-ShowScore.htmlopens by double-click with no internet. - [ ] Fictional sample vendor loads ("Maple & Thistle Studio", two shows: one
winner, one loser); "Score the shows" renders both cards, the comparison table, and no console errors.
- [ ] The winner scores an A with verdict "Rebook" (profit $452.00); the loser
scores an F with verdict "Skip" (profit -$67.00).
- [ ] A fully blank show warns (blank-score warning, no revenue entered, no
hours entered) and scores an F — never silently a pass.
- [ ] Clearing the form removes the sample; your own numbers score cleanly.
- [ ] "Download CSV" produces a CSV that opens in a spreadsheet with the 16
expected columns (vendor, show, date, booth_fee … score, grade, verdict).
- [ ] "Download printable scorecard" produces an HTML file naming both shows
with grades, profits, and the "post-show math only" fine print.
- [ ] "Download rebook list" produces a text file grouping Rebook / Maybe /
Skip with both sample shows in the right groups.
The package
- [ ]
node --test source/test.mjspasses (14 assertions); reponpm test
stays green.
- [ ]
manifest.jsonfile list matches the ZIP contents; hashes verify. - [ ] LICENSE.txt is stamped with the release version (no
{{VERSION}}left). - [ ] Sample data is clearly fictional (no real names, phones, addresses).
The business
- [ ] ECONOMICS.md assumptions re-read; pricing still labeled hypothesis;
$19/mo still labeled experiment.
- [ ] First outreach channel chosen; first message drafted from
FIRST-TEN-CUSTOMERS.md.
- [ ] You can explain in one sentence what the vendor pays for: "I score the
shows you already worked — profit, profit/hour against your target, a grade and a rebook verdict for next season — and you keep the scorecard and the rebook list."
Honest labels
- [ ] Every public description says "Beta · demand unproven".
- [ ] Every public description says "post-show math only" and "nothing is uploaded".
- [ ] Nothing promises revenue, customers, conversion, fairs found, prices
set, or tax/accounting advice.
- [ ] No personal names or email addresses anywhere in the package.
