Economics: ShowScore 0.1.1 beta

Status: Beta · demand unproven. Post-show math only. Nothing is uploaded.

All figures are hypotheses unless marked MEASURED. The largest uncertainty is behavior: will vendors do post-show math at all? Most tooling energy in this market goes to pre-show pricing (see RESEARCH.md) — the rebook-verdict loop is the behavior this kit bets on. Test with three free pilots first (see START-HERE.md step 4), not with price talk.

Value labor at $50/h for planning. Setup "costs" ~$50–75 of labor per vendor.

Revenue hypothesis (UNPROVEN)

LinePriceNotes
Setup fee$79 one-timePer vendor; show import + season plan
Monthly tracking$19/mo"Show tracking handled": the operator scores each worked show and sends the rebook list; tested only if the vendor asks for it

The $19/mo component is the weakest part of the hypothesis: it survives only if vendors keep sending their post-show numbers month after month. Do not treat it as recurring revenue until pilots retain it.

Breakeven sketch (10 vendors, labor valued at $50/h)

On a labor-valued basis the first month roughly breaks even and the retainer alone does not carry itself unless scoring takes under ~15 min per show per vendor per month. The honest reading: this is a setup-led hypothesis. Price the setup for the value of the season plan ($79), and treat $19/mo as an experiment, not a model.

The CSV mirror of these assumptions is ECONOMICS.csv. Update the MEASURED columns as real pilots report numbers; keep hypotheses labeled.

What this kit does NOT promise

No revenue, no customers, no conversion rate, no trademark, no existing company. Pricing is a starting hypothesis to test with the three free pilots in START-HERE.md. If pilots won't pay, lower the price or re-scope before claiming anything.
