Start here: PoolSheet 0.1.0 beta
PoolSheet is a free beta weekly sheet for solo pool-service operators. One weekly form becomes a printable route card with per-stop chemical plans, a service-log CSV, a chemical-inventory CSV with restock flags, and a week invoice CSV. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
1. Try it (2 minutes)
Open the demo at <https://botmybiz.com/demo/pool-sheet/> (also included offline as OPEN-ME-PoolSheet.html). The form is pre-filled with a fictional operator, Mara, and her eight-stop week. Press "Build the weekly sheet".
2. Make it yours (10 minutes)
- Replace the operator name with your first name only.
- Set the week start date and the time you roll out each day.
- Replace the stops with your own:
label | day | service | price. Services: skim, chemical-only, full-service, salt-cell-check, green-cleanup. - Enter the chemicals on your truck right now (tabs, shock, salt, stabilizer).
- Press "Build the weekly sheet". Print the route card; save the CSVs.
3. Run the week
- The route card groups stops by day with time windows and a per-stop chemical plan. Check off stops as you finish them.
- The inventory CSV flags chemicals as OK, RESTOCK, or SHORT against your on-hand stock. Restock flagged items before Monday.
- At week's end, move the invoice CSV into your month folder — one file per week keeps billing disputes short.
4. What this is not
Not dispatch, GPS tracking, automatic invoicing, a chemical-dosing guide, or a water-safety certification. Chemical plans are bookkeeping aids: follow the product labels and your local health rules, not this sheet.
Sample data in the kit is fictional. Your client list never leaves your machine.
