Pilot: PoolSheet 0.1.0 beta
Status: not started. PoolSheet 0.1.0 ships as a free beta with demand unproven; this pilot design moves to validation after publication.
Design
- Two solo pool-service operators run three full weeks on the sheet.
- Each pilot starts with their real stops and truck inventory on a Sunday.
- Weekly 10-minute call: what broke, what was skipped, what the sheet replaced (paper, memory, app, nothing).
Pass criteria
- 2 of 2 pilots complete all three weeks without abandoning the sheet.
- Both can name one concrete thing the sheet replaced (a stockout, a billing dispute, an hour of Sunday planning).
- No privacy incident: no emails/phones/cards entered or stored.
Kill criteria
- Both pilots abandon before week three, or the sheet changes nothing they would pay attention to. Then PoolSheet stays a free download and is not developed further.
