Economics: PoolSheet 0.1.0 beta
All figures are explicit hypothetical allowances for a solo operator to calibrate against their own week. This is not a forecast and not advice.
Weekly unit model (40-stop week)
| item | allowance | note |
|---|---|---|
| Stops per week | 40 | operator input |
| Average rate per visit | $55 | operator input |
| Weekly revenue | $2,200 | 40 × $55 |
| Chemicals per stop (avg) | $4.50 | tabs + shock share; operator calibrates |
| Chemical cost/week | $180 | 40 × $4.50 |
| Fuel + truck wear | $120 | local estimate |
| Planning time (sheet) | 0.25 h | replaces ~1 h of paper/memory friction |

Why the sheet pays for itself
One avoided mid-route supply run (about an hour of billable time) covers the sheet's 15-minute weekly planning many times over. The invoice CSV shortens end-of-month billing; the service log is the dispute record.
Commercial setup (separate)
PoolSheet 0.1.0 is a free beta with no checkout. Any future paid offer would need its own economics, the PAYMENT_STANDARD gate, and three 9/10 approvals. Nothing here commits the operator to spend anything.
