See it work. Open OPEN-ME-KeyTurn.html (double-click; works offline) or try the live demo at https://botmybiz.com/demo/key-turn/ — load the fictional sample (Morgan Ellis / Cedar Court Duplex) and build the packet.
Read the plan. BUSINESS-PLAN.md (offer, pricing hypothesis) and ECONOMICS.md (the math, with losing columns shown).
Run one real move-in. Fill the form with your own property (first names only, never account numbers). Download the packet, ledger CSV, maintenance log, and move-out sheet. Print the packet.
Operate it. AI-OPERATOR.md has the weekly 30-minute workflow and the copy-paste prompts (maintenance acknowledgment, rent reminder, seasonal nudge).
Pilot it. PILOT.md + FIRST-TEN-CUSTOMERS.md: three free setups, then decide if the $99/$29 pricing hypothesis deserves a test.

Packet builder source (source/), samples, brand, economics, operator docs, and this guide. manifest.json lists every file with its sha256.

First name only. SSN, bank account/routing numbers, and government IDs are rejected by the builder. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
