The app
- [ ]
OPEN-ME-LessonBrief.htmlopens by double-click with no internet. - [ ] Fictional sample loads (tutor "Alex Rivera", student "Jordan", Algebra I); "Build parent brief" renders brief, homework checklist, and parent reply card with no console errors.
- [ ] Downloads produce
lesson-brief.txt,homework-checklist.txt, andparent-reply-card.txtwith first name only and the "not a school record" fine print. - [ ] Clearing the form removes the sample; your own session builds cleanly.
- [ ] Pasting an SSN pattern or a medical field refuses the build with a clear privacy message.
The package
- [ ]
node --test source/test.mjspasses; reponpm teststays green. - [ ]
manifest.jsonfile list matches the ZIP contents; hashes verify. - [ ] LICENSE.txt is stamped with the release version (no
{{VERSION}}left). - [ ] Sample data is clearly fictional (no real surnames, school IDs, phones).
The business
- [ ] ECONOMICS.md assumptions re-read; pricing still labeled hypothesis; $15/mo still labeled experiment.
- [ ] First outreach channel chosen; first message drafted from FIRST-TEN-CUSTOMERS.md (drafts only until the owner sends).
- [ ] You can explain in one sentence what the tutor pays for: "I turn each session into a parent brief, homework checklist, and reply card — first name only, nothing uploaded — and you keep the three files."
